Want more? The smart Review QR

Happy guests go to Google. Unhappy ones come to you.

The card above sends everyone to Google. The smart Review QR in Pro asks first, then sorts. Tap a star and see where the guest goes.

How was your visit?

Tap a star

★ 4–5Off to Google

“Great coffee and lovely staff!”

Google · Lu Cafe

★ 1–3Only you see this

“Table 4: the tea was cold.”

Lands in your panel so you can fix it.

How it works

More 5-star reviews in four steps.

  1. 1

    Set your line

Ask with 1 to 5 stars, or a yes/no question like “Did you enjoy it?”. Choose where the line sits and paste your Google review link.

  2. 2

    Print the QR

In your colours, with your logo. On the table, in the bill folder or by the till.

  3. 3

    More 5 stars

A high rating opens your Google review page at once. Happy guests post while the visit is still fresh.

  4. 4

    Complaints come to you

A low rating opens a private form for a name and a message. It lands in your GustoQR panel, so you fix it the same day instead of reading a public 1-star review.

Card or smart QR

Plain card or smart Review QR?

Both are GustoQR. The card is free on this page. The smart Review QR comes with Pro and does the sorting for you.

Where it goes

Put it where the visit ends.

Card or smart QR, both work best when the guest has paid and the phone is already out.

Best moment

In the bill folder

The guest waits for the card machine and has a minute.

On the table

A small stand next to the menu QR. Keep the two apart so nobody scans the wrong one.

At the counter

Cafés, takeaways, salons and clinics: by the till, where people pay and wait.

On the takeaway bag

A sticker on the bag or a card in the box. They scan at home, after eating.

Front desk and rooms

Hotels and spas: at check-out, or on a card in the room.

In a thank-you message

Send the same link by WhatsApp or email after a booking or a delivery.

Print tips

Print it so it scans.

Check these before you print the whole batch.

  • QR at least 2.5 to 3 cm wide

The card prints it at 5.6 cm. Shrinking it for a sticker? Stay above 2.5 cm, about 1 in.

  • Bigger on walls and windows

People scan from about ten times the QR’s width. From a metre away, print it 10 cm wide.

  • Dark on light

The QR stays black on a white tile in every colour. Keep busy photos and dark backgrounds away from it.

  • Matte, not glossy

Gloss and lamination reflect ceiling lights. Matte card scans first time.

  • Test with two phones

One iPhone, one Android, the plain camera app. Check that the review box opens.

  • Use Google’s short link

The link from Get more reviews makes a simpler QR than a long Maps address.

The menu QR on the same table can be free too.

GustoQR Free: AI import of your paper menu from a photo or PDF, 18+ languages, 14 allergens per item, WhatsApp orders, updates without reprinting. Free forever, not a trial.

Questions owners ask

Is this Google review QR code generator really free?

Yes. No sign-up, no fee and no GustoQR logo on the card. Download it as PNG or SVG, or print 4 to an A4 page.

What does the smart Review QR do?

It asks the guest first, with stars or a yes/no question. High ratings go straight to your Google review page. Low ones open a private form, and the message reaches your GustoQR panel instead of your public profile. You set the line.

Where do I read the complaints?

In your GustoQR panel. Each one shows the guest’s name, the stars, the message and the time, so you can put it right the same day.

Can I change the link after printing?

Not on the free card: the link is printed into the QR. The smart Review QR opens your GustoQR page, so you change the link any time and the printed QR keeps working.

Does the QR code expire?

No. The free card holds your link itself, with no redirect of ours in between. It works as long as Google keeps that link working.

How do I get my Google review link?

Sign in as the owner, open your Business Profile on Google, select Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link. Some accounts show Ask for reviews instead.

What is a Place ID?

Google’s ID for your business, starting with ChIJ. Find it in Google’s Place ID Finder and paste it here. We turn it into Google’s write-a-review link.

Do I need an NFC Google review stand?

No. The phone’s own camera reads a printed QR, with no chip and no app. Print the card or the smart QR and slip it into any A6 stand.
